WILDLIFE ART PRINTS, DECALS, AND STAMPS

Sec. 11.055. WILDLIFE ART PRINTS, DECALS, AND STAMPS. (a) The commission may contract with and pay a person for designing and producing the wildlife art prints, decals, and stamps authorized by this subchapter. (b) The commission may authorize an agent, including a nonprofit wildlife conservation organization, to sell the wildlife art prints, decals, and stamps, and shall provide for the widespread availability of those items to the public.
