Sec. 12.119. VIOLATION OF COMMISSION RULE ON POSSESSION OF LICENSE; PENALTY. (a) A person commits an offense if the person violates a rule adopted by the commission relating to possessing a license or stamp otherwise required by this code for hunting wildlife resources or for catching aquatic life. (b) An offense under this section is a Class C Parks and Wildlife misdemeanor. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 931, Sec. 2, eff. June 16, 1995.
