§ 3732.  Utilization of funds in account. (a)  General rule.-- Except for the repayments under subsection (b), all moneys deposited into the Judicial Computer System Augmentation Account shall be used only for the initial startup and the ongoing operations of the Statewide judicial computer system. (b)  General Fund repayments.-- Any funds appropriated by the General Assembly from the General Fund for the startup and operation of the Statewide judicial computer system shall be repaid to the General Fund from the Judicial Computer System Augmentation Account over a five-year period beginning 24 months after the initial appropriation from the General Fund.
