USE OF DEVELOPMENT FUND

Sec. 21.102. USE OF DEVELOPMENT FUND. The department may use the development fund only for: (1) acquiring state park sites from the United States or any of its agencies, agencies of the state, or any other person; (2) improving, developing, beautifying, and equipping acquired park sites; and (3) paying expenses incurred in issuing bonds.
