Welfare and Institutions Code
“Minimum coverage” means prescribed drugs for public assistance recipients as established by the director, and care or coverage specified in paragraphs (1), (2), (3), (4), (5), and (10) of Section 14053, except that it shall not include elective services. (Amended by Stats. 1972, Ch. 1101.)
