Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 14029

Whenever a request for services authorized pursuant to subdivision (s), (t), or (v) of Section 14132 is made to the department for a child who is being case-managed by the California Children’s Services program, any decision to transfer the child to the home setting shall be made only in consultation with the California Children’s Services program case manager for the child.
