Welfare and Institutions Code
The beneficiary shall be permitted to disenroll from any contract entered into pursuant to this article upon request, except where prohibited under the provisions of any federal waivers obtained by the department. (Amended by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1212, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 1993.)
