Welfare and Institutions Code
The commission shall be deemed to be a public agency that is a local unit of government for purposes of all grant programs and other funding and loan guarantee programs. (Added by Stats. 1994, Ch. 632, Sec. 2.5. Effective September 20, 1994.)
