Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 14125.3

The department shall reduce the weighted average of the negotiated contract prices within each product category in effect on June 30, 1992, as follows: (a) For all premium underpads, as defined by the department, by 24 percent. (b) For all other incontinence medical supply products, as defined by the department, by 14 percent. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1992, Ch. 1106, Sec. 4. Effective January 1, 1993.)
