Public Input The Attorney General, the California State Board of Pharmacy, the Department of Managed Health Care, and the State Department of Public Health shall invite, and provide a process for submission of, public comments and information relating to entities that qualify as a prescription drug price manipulator or an owner-operator of highly dangerous properties. Information that can be submitted pursuant to this section includes, but is not limited to, records of expenditures and written notices or inspection reports identifying violations affecting the health and safety of occupants at multifamily dwellings.
