Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 14103.4

The director, with the advice of the Medicaid Advisory Committee required by federal law or regulation, shall determine which of the health care and related remedial or preventive services are elective. The director and the committee shall consult with representatives of providers of such services before making a determination. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 328, Sec. 22. Effective June 30, 1982.)
