Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 14107.1

Any provider on whose behalf improper claims are submitted for authorization or payment under this chapter may be required to submit all such claims over the provider’s own signature for whatever time period the department determines appropriate. (Added by Stats. 1976, Ch. 965.)
