No funds from the Health Education Account in the Cigarette and Tobacco Products Surtax Fund may be used in a manner that violates paragraph (1) of subdivision (b) of Section 30122 of the Revenue and Taxation Code. (Added by Stats. 1991, Ch. 1170, Sec. 13. Effective October 14, 1991.)
