Welfare and Institutions Code
No Medi-Cal beneficiary shall be enrolled in a prepaid health plan prior to the time a contract under this chapter is signed by the department and such prepaid health plan is approved by the appropriate state agencies. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 983.)
