Welfare and Institutions Code
The prepaid health plan shall maintain a complete unit medical record for each enrollee. Enrollee medical records shall also include records of all treatment received from subcontractors. Such records shall be maintained and preserved in a manner prescribed by the director and shall be available for review by the department and the United States Department of Health, Education, and Welfare. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1036.)
