Welfare and Institutions Code
Contracts entered into pursuant to this chapter shall be exempt from the requirements of Chapter 1 (commencing with Section 10100) and Chapter 2 (commencing with section 10290) of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code. (Added by Stats. 2012, Ch. 34, Sec. 246. (SB 1009) Effective June 27, 2012. Conditionally inoperative as provided in Section 14721.)
