Welfare and Institutions Code
Participation in a supportive care project plan shall be voluntary and the project shall not use false advertising or any other form of coercion to induce enrollment. Failure to comply with this section will constitute a substantial breach of contract. (Added by Stats. 1974, Ch. 992.)
