Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 15765

This chapter shall become operative on May 1, 1999. Commencing with the 1999–2000 fiscal year, Sections 15760 to 15764, inclusive, shall be implemented only to the extent funds are provided in the annual Budget Act. (Amended by Stats. 2002, Ch. 54, Sec. 28. Effective January 1, 2003. Note: This section makes implementation of Sections 15760 to 15764 contingent upon Budget Act funding.)
