Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 18310

The purpose of this chapter is to establish the Green Light-Green Thumb programs for the benefit of senior citizens in California, as funded under the mainstream program of the Economic Opportunity Act of 1965, as amended, and as administered by the United States Department of Labor.
