The Legislature finds that there is a need to develop programs to provide the kinds of innovative strategies and services which will ameliorate, reduce, and ultimately eliminate the trauma of child sexual abuse. The Legislature also finds that for the purposes of developing and providing these programs and services, and for the training of, and providing information to, city and county personnel throughout the state, it is necessary to expand the services provided by the child sexual abuse prevention demonstration center established pursuant to the former provisions of this chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1664, Sec. 3. Effective September 30, 1984.)
