Cal. Welf. & Inst. Code § 18926.2

To the extent not prohibited by federal law and guidance, a recipient who is homeless shall be deemed to be exempt from the federal ABAWD time limit described in Section 18926. For purposes of this section, a recipient who is homeless is a person who does not have a regular nighttime residence. (Added by Stats. 2017, Ch. 24, Sec. 56. (SB 89) Effective June 27, 2017.)
