Welfare and Institutions Code
Benefits provided under this chapter shall be equivalent to the benefits provided under the SSI/SSP program, Chapter 3 (commencing with Section 12000) of Part 3. The benefit amount implemented by the act that added this section shall be retroactive to June 1, 2019. (Added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 27, Sec. 123. (SB 80) Effective June 27, 2019.)
