Welfare and Institutions Code
The state shall not have any liability for the payment of the HOPE trust account benefits earned by program participants pursuant to this chapter. The state, and any of the funds of the state, shall have no obligation for payment of the benefits arising from this chapter. (Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 1010, Sec. 15.
