Welfare and Institutions Code
There is established in the State Department of Health Care Services the State-Only Family Planning Program to provide comprehensive clinical family planning services to low-income men and women. This division shall be known and may be cited as the State-Only Family Planning Program. (Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 23, Sec. 121. (AB 1467) Effective June 27, 2012.)
