Welfare and Institutions Code
Financial need shall be considered in the furnishing or denial of independent living services in accordance with the federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and any subsequent amendments thereto, and regulations adopted thereunder. (Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 937, Sec. 34. Effective October 8, 1993.)
