§ 157. Trolley bus or trolley coach. Any motor vehicle not operated\non rails or tracks which is propelled by electric power received from\noverhead trolley wires and which is operated by a person or corporation\nsubject to the jurisdiction of the public service commission, pursuant\nto local consent and a certificate, permission and approval, or\nauthority granted by the commission.\n
