Transfer of property and business (1967)

All books, records, files, correspondence, documents or other papers and pending business or matters in any way pertaining to the rights, powers and duties of the Banking Division of the Department of Financial Institutions shall be delivered to the Commissioner. (Source: P.A. 89-508, eff. 7-3-96.)
