There is created in the executive office of the Governor an Office to be known as the Governor's Office of Management and Budget
Illinois Compiled Statutes
The Office shall be headed by a Director, who shall be appointed by the Governor. The functions of the Office shall be as prescribed in Sections 2.1 through 2.14 of this Act. (Source: P.A. 104-2, eff. 6-16-25.)
