Members of the Personnel Review Board shall initially be appointed as follows: (a) One member to serve for 2 years and until a successor is appointed; (b) One member to serve for 4 years and until a successor is appointed; and (c) One member to serve for 6 years and until a successor is appointed. Thereafter, members of the Board shall be appointed by the Treasurer for 6-year terms with the advice and consent of the Senate. One member of the Board shall be appointed a chairperson for a 2-year term. Members of the Board shall each be paid $100 for each day they are engaged in the business of the Board and shall be reimbursed for their expenses when engaged in such business.
