Sec. 11.013. TERMS. The members of the commission hold office for staggered terms of six years, with the terms of three members expiring every two years. Each member holds office until his successor is appointed and has qualified. The terms expire on January 31 of odd-numbered years. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
