§ 6151. Suspension of reciprocity benefits. Agreements, arrangements or declarations made under authority of this subchapter may
include provisions authorizing the department to suspend or cancel the exemptions,
benefits or privileges granted to a person who violates any of the conditions or terms
of such agreements, arrangements or declarations or who violates the laws or regulations
of this Commonwealth related to motor vehicles.
