Surtax on license fees

Surtax on license fees. — Each vendor of beverages containing alcohol of 0.5 percent or more by volume and not more than 14 percent by weight and of wines regardless of alcoholic content shall pay an annual surtax in an amount equal to 40 percent of the license fee imposed by s. 564.02 (1).
