§ 409. Summons; filing proof of service.\n (a) Proof of service of the summons and complaint, notice of petition\nand petition or order to show cause and petition shall be filed with the\nclerk of the court.\n (b) If service has been made by the court's enforcement officer, his\nor her certificate shall be the equivalent of an affidavit of service.\n
