Stop payment orders
Illinois Compiled Statutes
Upon a request for a stop payment order from a State grant-making agency for a recipient or subrecipient, the Office of the Comptroller shall notify the Grant Accountability and Transparency Unit within 30 days of the request. (Source: P.A. 100-997, eff. 8-20-18.)
