State Officials and Employees Ethics Act

(a) Disciplinary action under the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act against a person subject to this Act is within the jurisdiction of the Executive Ethics Commission and is not within the jurisdiction of this Act. (b) Any hearing to contest disciplinary action against a person subject to this Act pursuant to an agreement between an Executive Inspector General and an ultimate jurisdictional authority, as defined in the State Officials and Employees Ethics Act, shall be conducted by the Executive Ethics Commission and not under this Act, at the request of that person.
