Simplification of forms
Illinois Compiled Statutes
No later than December 31, 1993, the Director shall promulgate rules to simplify forms that the Department requires small businesses to file under this Act. As used in this Act, "small business" has the meaning ascribed to that term in Section 1-75 of the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. (Source: P.A. 88-518.)
