Short title; declaration of advisability

a. This act shall be known and may be cited as the "State Flood Control Facilities Act." b. It is hereby declared that the State deems it advisable to participate in a program of flood control in the State of New Jersey in the manner hereinafter described. L.1948, c. 351, p. 1409, s. 1.
