Short title; applicability. — (1) This chapter may be cited as the “Florida Business Corporation Act.” (2) Part I of this chapter contains provisions of general applicability to corporations. (3) Part II of this chapter applies to social purpose corporations. (4) Part III of this chapter applies to benefit corporations.
