Serving process, giving notice, or making a demand on a foreign corporation. — (1) Process against a foreign corporation may be served in accordance with s. 48.081 and chapter 48 or chapter 49. (2) Any notice to or demand on a foreign corporation made pursuant to this act may be made in accordance with the procedures for notice to or demand on domestic corporations under s. 617.0504 .
