Separability of provisions
Illinois Compiled Statutes
If any provision of this Act or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder of this Act and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby. (Source: Laws 1951, p. 32 .)
