Security deposit

The Department of Corrections, the Department of Natural Resources, the University of Illinois, and the University of Illinois Foundation shall each analyze the need for all employee and non-employee tenants of State-owned housing to pay a reasonable security deposit and may each collect security deposits and maintain them in interest-bearing accounts.
