Salaries of certain positions in the judicial branch. — (1) The salaries of justices, judges of the district courts of appeal, circuit judges, and county judges shall be fixed annually in the General Appropriations Act. (2) The clerk and the marshal of the Supreme Court, or a clerk or marshal of a district court of appeal, shall be paid an annual salary to be determined in accordance with s. 25.382 (3).
