Sec. 22.030. RIGHT TO ISSUE ADDITIONAL BONDS. In pledging the rents, revenues, and income, the department may expressly reserve the right to issue additional bonds on a parity with or subordinate to the bonds then being issued. Acts 1975, 64th Leg., p. 1405, ch. 545, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1975.
