§ 1909. Review of taxation.\n Within ten days the taxation may be reviewed by the court upon two\ndays' notice. The order must disallow any items wrongfully included in\nthe judgment or add any items wrongfully omitted therefrom, and direct\nthat any sum so disallowed be credited upon any execution or other\nmandate issued to enforce the judgment. Unless a motion for review of\nthe taxation is made, the taxation cannot be questioned on appeal.\n
