§ 3735. Review of plan and contracts. A copy of the plan for expenditure of appropriated funds and a copy of each contract prior to execution shall be submitted to the respective Chairmen of the Majority and Minority Appropriations Committees in the House of Representatives and the Senate, allowing a reasonable time for their review and comment.
