Review of actions of conservator

A creditor or party in interest aggrieved by any alleged breach of a fiduciary obligation of a conservator in the discharge of his duties shall be entitled, upon request, to a review thereof in accordance with regulations to be promulgated by the commission. L.1978, c. 7 s. 39, eff. March 17, 1978.
