Sec. 11.408. RETENTION OF WATERMASTER DURING APPEAL. During the pendency of an appeal, the trial court may retain the watermaster in office with the same authority he had during the trial proceedings. Amended by Acts 1977, 65th Leg., p. 2207, ch. 870, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1977.
