It is unlawful for a hotel employer or casino employer to retaliate against an employee for: (1) reasonably using a safety device or notification device; (2) availing himself or herself of the provisions of paragraph (3), (4), or (5) of subsection (b) of Section 5-10; or (3) disclosing, reporting, or testifying about any violation of this Act or any rule adopted under this Act.
