Sec. 14.102. REPORT OF PURCHASE OF VOTING STOCK IN PUBLIC UTILITY. A public utility may not purchase voting stock in another public utility doing business in this state unless the utility reports the purchase to the commission. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 166, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
