Reimbursement for advances to local transportation district

Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law, the commission shall direct the district treasurer to reimburse the locality or town from any funds of the district not otherwise specifically allocated or obligated, to the extent that a locality or town has made advances. 1997, c. 587 .
